제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「정부기관 및 공공법인 등의 광고시행에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(정부광고 요청서) 「정부기관 및 공공법인 등의 광고시행에 관한 법률 시행령」 제3조제2항에 따른 정부광고의 요청은 별지 서식의 정부광고 요청서에 따른다.

부칙 <제342호,2018.12.13> 이 규칙은 2018년 12월 13일부터 시행한다.
