제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「서예진흥에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(서예교육 전문인력 양성기관의 지정신청)

① 「서예진흥에 관한 법률」 제7조제2항 및 「서예진흥에 관한 법률 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제4조제2항에 따라 서예교육에 필요한 전문인력 양성을 위한 기관으로 지정을 받으려는 대학, 평생교육기관, 연구소ㆍ기관 또는 단체는 별지 서식의 서예교육 전문인력 양성기관 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 영 제4조제2항제2호에 따른 전임교수 요원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람으로 한다.

1. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 대학에서 서예 관련 분야의 학위를 취득(법령에 따라 이와 같은 수준 이상의 학력이 있다고 인정되는 경우를 포함한다)한 사람

2. 서예 관련 분야에서 10년 이상 종사한 사람

③ 영 제4조제2항제3호에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 면적 이상의 교육시설"이란 바닥면적이 30제곱미터 이상인 강의실을 포함하여 바닥면적이 총 60제곱미터 이상인 교육시설을 말한다.

부칙 <제356호,2019.6.12> 이 규칙은 2019년 6월 12일부터 시행한다.
