부산광역시 금정구 금사동 62의 1번지 및 62의 13번지를 부산광역시 금정구의 관할구역에서 제외하고, 부산광역시 해운대구의 관할구역에 편입한다.

부칙 <제30671호,2020.5.12> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 공포 후 30일이 경과한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(행정처분 등에 관한 경과조치) 이 영에 따라 다른 지방자치단체에 편입되는 지역과 관련되어 이 영 시행 전에 종전의 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속 기관의 장이 한 고시ㆍ처분 또는 그 밖의 행위는 이 영에 따라 그 지역을 관할하게 되는 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속 기관의 장이 한 고시ㆍ처분 또는 그 밖의 행위로 보고, 종전의 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속 기관의 장에게 한 신청ㆍ신고 또는 그 밖의 행위는 이 영에 따라 그 지역을 관할하게 되는 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속 기관의 장에게 한 신청ㆍ신고 또는 그 밖의 행위로 본다. 제3조(다른 법령과의 관계) 이 영 시행 당시의 개별 법령 중 이 영에 따라 변경되는 자치구 지역의 일부 또는 전부를 구역 또는 관할구역으로 정하고 있는 법령의 경우에 이 영 시행 이후 그 법령이 개정될 때까지는 이 영에 따라 변경되는 자치구 지역은 변경되기 전 자치구 지역의 구역 또는 관할구역에 속하는 것으로 보아 해당 법령을 적용한다.
