제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「지역사랑상품권 이용 활성화에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(지역사랑상품권 발행 신고서 등)

① 「지역사랑상품권 이용 활성화에 관한 법률 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제2조제1항에 따른 지역사랑상품권 발행 신고서 및 변경 신고서는 각각 별지 제1호서식 및 별지 제2호서식에 따른다.

② 영 제2조제2항에 따른 지역사랑상품권 발행폐지 신고서는 별지 제3호서식에 따른다.

제3조(발행실적에 관한 보고서) 영 제4조에 따른 지역사랑상품권 발행실적 보고서는 별지 제4호서식에 따른다.

부칙 <제190호,2020.7.1> 이 규칙은 2020년 7월 2일부터 시행한다.
