제1조(검찰청법 일부개정법률의 시행일) 법률 제16908호 검찰청법 일부개정법률은 2021년 1월 1일부터 시행한다.

제2조(형사소송법 일부개정법률의 시행일) 법률 제16924호 형사소송법 일부개정법률은 2021년 1월 1일부터 시행한다. 다만, 제312조제1항의 개정규정은 2022년 1월 1일부터 시행한다.

부칙 <제31091호,2020.10.7> 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
