제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「장애예술인 문화예술 활동 지원에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(문화시설 개선비용의 지원 절차)

① 「장애예술인 문화예술 활동 지원에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제12조제2항 및 같은 법 시행령(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제6조제2항에 따른 장애예술인의 문화시설 접근성 개선에 필요한 비용(이하 "문화시설 개선비용"이라 한다)을 지원받으려는 자는 영 제6조제2항에 따라 별지 제1호서식의 지원신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관이나 지방자치단체의 장에게 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 지원신청서를 받은 문화체육관광부장관이나 지방자치단체의 장은 개선계획서 및 예산서의 타당성 등을 고려하여 문화시설 개선비용 지원 여부를 결정하고, 그 결과를 신청인에게 통지해야 한다.

제3조(전담기관의 지정 절차)

① 법 제14조제1항에 따른 전담기관으로 지정받으려는 기관은 영 제7조제2항에 따라 별지 제2호서식의 지정신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 문화체육관광부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

3. 영 제7조제1항 각 호의 요건을 갖추었음을 증명하는 서류

② 제1항에 따른 지정신청서를 받은 문화체육관광부장관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통해 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인해야 한다.

③ 문화체육관광부장관이 영 제7조제3항에 따라 발급해야 하는 전담기관 지정서는 별지 제3호서식과 같다.

부칙 <제422호,2020.12.14> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
