극지활동 진흥법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「극지활동 진흥법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(현지조사의 절차)

① 해양수산부장관은 「극지활동 진흥법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제4조제2항에 따른 현지조사를 하는 경우 관계 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 다음 각 호의 사항에 대한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

1. 관할 출입제한구역에의 출입

2. 관련 자료의 열람 또는 제출

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 협조 요청을 하는 경우 현지조사계획을 수립하여 조사 개시일 10일 전까지 해당 기관 또는 단체의 장에게 통보해야 한다.

제3조(극지통합정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영)

① 「극지활동 진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제13조제1항에 따른 극지통합정보시스템에는 다음 각 호의 정보가 포함되어야 한다.

1. 극지 연구 기반 구축 현황

2. 극지 관련 연구개발사업 현황

3. 극지활동을 통해 획득한 데이터 및 시료(試料) 정보

4. 극지 관련 공간 정보

5. 극지활동 기반시설을 통해 수집된 데이터

6. 극지 관련 과학, 정책, 산업, 국제협력 정보

7. 극지 연구 데이터를 제공하는 외국 플랫폼에 관한 정보

8. 그 밖에 극지활동에 필요한 정보

② 영 제10조에 따라 법 제13조에 따른 극지통합정보시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 업무를 위탁받은 기관은 같은 조 제2항에 따라 자료의 제출을 요청하는 경우 자료의 범위, 보유ㆍ이용 목적 및 제출 방법을 구체적으로 밝혀야 한다.

부칙 <제501호,2021.10.12> 이 규칙은 2021년 10월 14일부터 시행한다.
