기후변화대응 기술개발 촉진법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「기후변화대응 기술개발 촉진법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(온실가스 감축 기술)

① 「기후변화대응 기술개발 촉진법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제2조제6호가목에서 "온실가스 감축에 관한 기술로서 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 기술"이란 다음 각 호의 기술을 말한다.

1. 온실가스를 배출하지 않거나 기존보다 적게 배출하면서 열 또는 전기를 생산하는 기술

2. 온실가스 배출을 줄일 수 있는 연료ㆍ원료 또는 제품을 생산ㆍ운송ㆍ활용하는 기술

3. 에너지의 생산ㆍ저장ㆍ전달ㆍ소비 효율을 향상시키거나 에너지 사용을 최적화하는 기술

4. 온실가스를 포집(捕執)ㆍ저장ㆍ활용 등의 방식으로 처리하거나 흡수 또는 대체하는 기술

5. 제1호부터 제4호까지의 기술 중 둘 이상의 기술을 융합하여 에너지를 생산ㆍ저장ㆍ전달ㆍ소비하는 기술

6. 그 밖에 과학기술정보통신부장관이 온실가스 감축과 관련된다고 인정하는 기술

② 제1항 각 호에 따른 기술의 세부 내용은 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

제3조(기후변화 적응 기술)

① 법 제2조제6호나목에서 "기후변화 적응에 기여하는 기술로서 과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 기술"이란 다음 각 호의 기술을 말한다.

1. 기후변화의 원인과 현상을 관측ㆍ조사하여 기후변화를 감시하고 예측하는 기술

2. 다음 각 목에 해당하는 사항을 조사ㆍ분석ㆍ진단하는 기술

가. 기후변화가 국민건강이나 산업, 생활환경 등 사회ㆍ경제ㆍ환경에 미치는 긍정적ㆍ부정적 영향

나. 기후변화에 대한 취약성과 그에 따른 위험성

3. 기후변화로 인한 피해를 줄이거나 사전에 예방하여 기후변화 적응 역량을 높이고 기후변화로 인한 피해로부터 회복할 수 있는 기후탄력성을 강화하는 기술

4. 기후변화 적응 관련 정책이나 기술의 진척 및 효과를 분석ㆍ평가하는 기술

5. 그 밖에 과학기술정보통신부장관이 기후변화 적응과 관련된다고 인정하는 기술

② 제1항 각 호에 따른 기술의 세부 내용은 과학기술정보통신부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

부칙 <제80호,2021.10.21> 이 규칙은 2021년 10월 21일부터 시행한다.
