사회보장기본법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「사회보장기본법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(사회보장 행정데이터 분석센터의 설치ㆍ운영)

① 보건복지부장관은 「사회보장기본법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제43조제1항에 따른 사회보장 행정데이터 분석센터(이하 이 조에서 "행정데이터분석센터"라 한다)를 법 제21조제8항에 따른 사회보장위원회의 사무국에 설치한다.

② 행정데이터분석센터는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.

1. 사회보장 행정데이터의 보존 및 관리

2. 사회보장 행정데이터의 상호 연계 및 분석

3. 사회보장 행정데이터를 활용한 사회보장제도 연구

4. 그 밖에 보건복지부장관이 사회보장 행정데이터의 원활한 분석, 활용 등을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 사항

③ 행정데이터분석센터는 출입을 통제할 수 있는 보안시설과 사회보장 행정데이터의 분석을 위한 전산장비 등을 갖추어야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 행정데이터분석센터의 설치ㆍ운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 보건복지부장관이 정한다.

부칙 <제838호,2021.12.6> 이 규칙은 2021년 12월 9일부터 시행한다.
