육군과학화전투훈련단령

제1조(설치와 임무)

① 육군의 과학화전투훈련에 관한 사항을 관장하기 위하여 육군에 육군과학화전투훈련단(이하 "훈련단"이라 한다)을 둔다.

② 훈련단은 육군의 과학화전투훈련을 실시하고 전투훈련의 개념을 발전시킨다.

제2조(단장의 임명과 직무)

① 훈련단에 단장을 둔다.

② 단장은 육군의 장성급(將星級) 장교로 보(補)한다.

③ 단장은 육군참모총장의 명을 받아 훈련단의 업무를 통할(統轄)하고, 참모부서와 부대를 지휘ㆍ감독한다.

④ 단장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 부대 예규에서 정한 순위에 따라 단장의 직무를 대행한다.

제3조(부서와 부대의 설치)

① 훈련단에 필요한 부서와 부대를 둔다.

② 제1항에 따른 부서의 설치와 업무분장에 관한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정하고, 부대의 설치ㆍ임무 및 조직에 관한 사항은 국방부장관이 정한다.

제4조(교육훈련과정) 훈련단의 교육훈련과정ㆍ훈련기간과 그 밖에 훈련단의 운영에 필요한 사항은 육군참모총장이 정한다.

제5조(정원) 훈련단에 두는 군인과 군무원의 정원은 국방부장관이 정한다.

제6조(해군ㆍ공군 및 해병대사령부 장병의 교육훈련) 육군참모총장은 해군참모총장ㆍ공군참모총장 또는 해병대사령관이 요청할 때에는 국방부장관의 승인을 받아 훈련단에서 해군ㆍ공군 또는 해병대사령부 장병에 대하여 교육훈련을 실시할 수 있다.

제7조(외국군 장병의 훈련) 육군참모총장은 외국정부(군사당국을 포함한다)가 요청할 때에는 국방부장관의 승인을 받아 훈련단에서 외국군 장병에 대하여 훈련을 실시할 수 있다.

부칙 <제32800호,2022.7.14> 이 영은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
