인천광역시 중구 도원동 75번지와 76번지를 인천광역시 중구의 관할구역에서 제외하고, 인천광역시 미추홀구의 관할구역에 편입한다.

부칙 <제33255호,2023.2.21> 제1조(시행일) 이 영은 공포 후 30일이 경과한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(행정처분 등에 관한 경과조치) ① 이 영 시행 전에 종전의 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속기관의 장이 다른 지방자치단체로 편입되는 지역에 대하여 한 고시ㆍ처분이나 그 밖의 행위는 이 영에 따라 그 지역을 관할하게 되는 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속기관의 장이 한 고시ㆍ처분이나 그 밖의 행위로 본다. ② 이 영 시행 전에 종전의 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속기관의 장에게 한 신청ㆍ신고나 그 밖의 행위는 이 영에 따라 다른 지방자치단체로 편입되는 지역을 관할하게 되는 지방자치단체의 장이나 그 소속기관의 장에게 한 신청ㆍ신고나 그 밖의 행위로 본다. 제3조(다른 법령과의 관계) 이 영 시행 당시 이 영에 따라 변경되는 자치구 지역의 전부 또는 일부를 구역 또는 관할구역으로 정하고 있는 법령이 이 영의 개정 내용에 맞추어 개정되기 전까지는 이 영에 따라 변경되는 자치구 지역은 변경되기 전 자치구 지역의 구역 또는 관할구역에 속하는 것으로 보아 해당 법령을 적용한다.
