제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「각급 법원의 설치와 관할구역에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조제1항에 따라 행정구역의 변경으로 인한 법원 관할구역을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(관할구역)

① 법 제4조제5호 별표 7의 대구지방법원 의성지원 군위군법원란 관할구역 중 시ㆍ도명 "경상북도"를 "대구광역시"로 한다.

부칙 <제3098호,2023.5.17> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2023년 7월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(사건관할에 관한 경과조치) 이 규칙 시행일 전날 현재 대구지방법원 의성지원 군위군법원에 계속 중인 사건은 이 규칙 시행일부터 대구지방법원 의성지원 군위군법원에 계속 중인 것으로 본다. 제3조(유효기간) 이 규칙은 「각급 법원의 설치와 관할구역에 관한 법률」이 군위군의 관할법원을 대구지방법원 의성지원으로 유지하거나 대구지방법원으로 변경하는 내용으로 개정되어 시행될 때까지 효력을 가진다.
