제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「관세법」 제51조에 따른 덤핑방지관세를 부과할 물품과 공급자를 지정하고 해당 물품에 적용할 관세율을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(부과대상 물품) 덤핑방지관세가 부과되는 물품은 말레이시아산 합판(「관세법 시행령」 제98조제1항에 따른 관세ㆍ통계통합품목분류표의 품목번호 제4412.31호, 제4412.33호 또는 제4412.34호에 해당하는 것을 말한다) 중 두께가 6밀리미터(㎜) 이상인 것으로 한다.

제3조(부과대상 물품의 공급자 및 덤핑방지관세율) 제2조에 따른 부과대상 물품의 공급자와 그 공급자별 덤핑방지관세율은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제1075호,2024.7.2> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(유효기간) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 5년간 효력을 가진다. 제3조(재심사기간 중 덤핑방지조치가 적용된 물품에 관한 적용례) 이 규칙은 2023년 11월 6일 이후 수입신고된 물품부터 적용한다.
