제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「승강기산업 진흥법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(포상 및 시상)

① 행정안전부장관은 「승강기산업 진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제13조제1항에 따라 승강기산업 관련 연구ㆍ개발 또는 승강기산업 전문인력 양성 등을 통하여 승강기산업 진흥에 기여한 공로가 현저한 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체 및 개인을 선정하여 포상할 수 있다.

② 행정안전부장관은 법 제13조제1항에 따라 포상을 하는 경우에는 승강기산업 관련 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체 및 개인으로부터 그 대상자를 추천받을 수 있다.

③ 행정안전부장관은 법 제13조제1항에 따른 포상 및 같은 조 제2항에 따른 시상(이하 "포상 및 시상"이라 한다)을 하려는 경우에는 포상 및 시상의 내용, 기준 및 방법ㆍ절차 등을 행정안전부의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 포상 및 시상에 대해서는 「정부 표창 규정」에 따른다.

부칙 <제497호,2024.7.22> 이 규칙은 2024년 7월 31일부터 시행한다.
