전통문화산업 진흥법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「전통문화산업 진흥법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(전통문화산업 전문인력 양성기관 지정 신청)

① 「전통문화산업 진흥법 시행령」(이하 "영"이라 한다) 제4조제2항에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 지정신청서"란 별지 제1호서식의 전통문화산업 전문인력 양성기관 지정신청서를 말한다.

② 영 제4조제2항에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 서류를 말한다.

1. 교육 인력ㆍ시설ㆍ설비 확보 현황 자료

2. 교육과정 및 교육내용이 포함된 교육계획서

3. 교육 평가계획서

4. 운영경비 조달계획서

5. 「전통문화산업 진흥법」 제7조제3항에 따른 지원금의 사용계획서

6. 전통문화산업 전문인력 양성기관 운영규정

제3조(전담기관 지정 신청)

① 영 제8조제2항에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 지정신청서"란 별지 제2호서식의 전통문화산업 진흥 전담기관 지정신청서를 말한다.

② 영 제8조제2항에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 서류를 말한다.

1. 영 제8조제1항 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖추었음을 증명하는 서류

2. 사업계획서

3. 정관(신청인이 법인인 경우만 해당한다)

③ 영 제8조제2항에 따라 지정신청서를 제출받은 문화체육관광부장관은 해당 신청인이 법인인 경우에는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통해 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인해야 한다.

④ 영 제8조제3항에서 "문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 전담기관 지정서"란 별지 제3호서식의 전통문화산업 진흥 전담기관 지정서를 말한다.

부칙 <제566호,2024.9.13> 이 규칙은 2024년 9월 15일부터 시행한다.
