제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「양자과학기술 및 양자산업 육성에 관한 법률」에서 위임된 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(양자클러스터 개발계획의 변경 및 지정 해제) 「양자과학기술 및 양자산업 육성에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제26조제2항 후단에서 "과학기술정보통신부령으로 정하는 서류"란 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 서류를 말한다.

1. 법 제25조제1항에 따른 양자클러스터 개발계획(이하 "양자클러스터 개발계획"이라 한다)의 변경을 요청하는 경우

가. 양자클러스터 개발계획 중 변경하려는 내용과 변경 사유를 적은 서류

나. 양자클러스터 개발계획 중 변경하려는 내용을 설명할 수 있는 자료ㆍ도면 등의 서류

다. 양자클러스터 개발계획 관련 예산의 편성 및 집행에 관한 서류

2. 양자클러스터의 지정 해제를 요청하는 경우

가. 지정 해제를 요청하려는 양자클러스터의 명칭ㆍ위치 및 면적과 지정 해제 요청 사유를 설명할 수 있는 자료ㆍ도면 등의 서류

나. 양자클러스터의 지정 해제에 따라 예상되는 문제점 및 관리 방안을 적은 서류

다. 양자클러스터 개발계획 관련 예산의 편성 및 집행에 관한 서류

부칙 <제136호,2024.10.29> 이 규칙은 2024년 11월 1일부터 시행한다.
