국제교류추진단 설치 및 운영에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 외국과의 사법교류 활성화를 통한 사법부의 국제화를 촉진하기 위해 법원행정처에 국제교류추진단(이하 "추진단"이라 한다)을 설치하고, 그 운영에 필요한 사항을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(구성)

① 추진단은 단장, 부단장 및 단원으로 구성한다.

② 단장은 법관으로 보한다.

③ 부단장은 법관 또는 4급 이상의 법원공무원(이에 상당하는 직급 또는 직위에 채용된 임기제 공무원을 포함한다)으로 보한다.

제3조(사무) 추진단은 다음 각 호의 사항을 담당한다.

1. 외국과의 사법교류 전반에 대한 발전계획 수립 및 실시

2. 국내 개최 국제행사의 기획 및 집행

3. 기타 국제업무 관련 기획

제4조(협조요청) 단장은 추진단의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 때에는 관계 기관, 단체 등에 대하여 자료 또는 의견의 제출 및 지원 활동 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

제5조(위임사항) 추진단의 운영 및 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 법원행정처내규로 정한다.

부칙 <제3197호,2025.2.11> 이 규칙은 2025년 2월 24일부터 시행한다.
