소방공무원 특수지근무수당 지급규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「공무원수당 등에 관한 규정」 제12조제1항 및 제3항에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사가 임용권을 행사하는 소방공무원에게 지급할 특수지근무수당의 대상지역, 대상기관 및 그 등급별 구분을 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(대상지역ㆍ대상기관 및 등급별 구분) 「소방공무원 임용령」 제3조제1항 및 같은 조 제5항제1호ㆍ제3호에 따라 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사ㆍ특별자치도지사가 임용권을 행사하는 소방공무원에게 지급할 특수지근무수당의 대상지역, 대상기관 및 그 등급별 구분은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제556호,2025.4.22> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2025년 5월 1일부터 시행한다. 제2조(일반적 적용례) 이 규칙은 2025년 5월 1일 이후 지급하는 특수지근무수당부터 적용한다.
