제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「학교복합시설 설치 및 운영ㆍ관리에 관한 법률」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(학교복합시설지원시스템의 구축ㆍ운영 및 정보 제공 요청)

① 교육부장관은 「학교복합시설 설치 및 운영ㆍ관리에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조의2제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 학교복합시설지원시스템을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

1. 학교복합시설 및 이와 유사한 용도의 시설 설치ㆍ운영 현황

2. 학교복합시설의 이용 현황

3. 학교복합시설에 관한 연구 및 홍보 자료

4. 그 밖에 학교복합시설의 설치 및 운영을 효율적으로 지원하기 위하여 필요한 사항

② 교육부장관은 법 제5조의2제2항 전단에 따라 정보 제공을 요청하는 경우에는 정보 제공 요청서를 작성하여 전자우편, 팩스 또는 「전자정부법」 제2조제13호에 따른 정보시스템 등을 통하여 요청해야 한다.

제3조(고정형 영상정보처리기기의 설치)

① 법 제8조제4항에 따른 고정형 영상정보처리기기 설치의 대상구역은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 학교복합시설의 출입구

2. 학교복합시설에 설치한 승강기

3. 학교복합시설과 교사(校舍: 교실, 도서실 등 교수ㆍ학습활동에 직ㆍ간접적으로 필요한 시설물을 말한다)의 연결통로

4. 그 밖에 학생 안전사고 예방 및 안전한 교육환경 조성을 위하여 법 제6조제1항 단서에 따른 학교복합시설을 운영ㆍ관리하는 자가 필요하다고 지정하는 장소

② 법 제8조제4항에 따른 고정형 영상정보처리기기 설치의 시설기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 고정형 영상정보처리기기 카메라의 해상도는 영상 정보가 잘 식별될 수 있도록 200만 화소 이상일 것

2. 고정형 영상정보처리기기는 30일 이상 영상 정보를 저장할 수 있는 용량을 갖출 것

3. 고정형 영상정보처리기기의 영상 정보를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있는 영상 장비를 설치할 것

부칙 <제364호,2025.7.21> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 2025년 7월 22일부터 시행한다. 제2조(고정형 영상정보처리기기의 설치에 관한 적용례) 제3조는 이 규칙 시행 이후 고정형 영상정보처리기기를 설치하는 경우(이미 설치되어 있는 고정형 영상정보처리기기를 교체하는 경우를 포함한다)부터 적용한다.
