제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「부동산개발사업 관리 등에 관한 법률」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(부동산개발사업의 사업계획 및 취소 등 보고)

① 사업시행자(법령 및 계약에 따라 사업시행자를 대행하는 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)는 「부동산개발사업 관리 등에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조제1항 또는 제7조제1항에 따라 부동산개발사업의 사업계획 등 또는 추진현황을 보고하는 경우에는 별지 제1호서식의 부동산개발사업 보고서를 작성하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

② 사업시행자는 법 제6조제1항 또는 제7조제2항에 따라 부동산개발사업의 취소ㆍ중단 또는 완료 사실을 보고하는 경우에는 별지 제2호서식의 부동산개발사업 취소ㆍ중단 또는 완료 보고서를 작성하여 국토교통부장관에게 제출해야 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 보고는 법 제11조에 따른 부동산개발사업 정보체계를 통하여 할 수 있다.

제3조(조정의 신청) 법 제17조제2항에서 "국토교통부령으로 정하는 조정신청서"란 별지 제3호서식을 말한다.

부칙 <제1535호,2025.11.27> 이 규칙은 2025년 11월 28일부터 시행한다. 다만, 제2조, 별지 제1호서식 및 별지 제2호서식은 2027년 5월 28일부터 시행한다.
