제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「농어업고용인력 지원 특별법」 및 같은 법 시행령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(농어업고용인력지원센터의 지정) 「농어업고용인력 지원 특별법 시행령」 제6조제2항에 따른 농어업고용인력지원센터 지정신청서는 별지 제1호서식에 따르고, 같은 조 제5항에 따른 농어업고용인력지원센터 지정서는 별지 제2호서식에 따른다.

제3조(표준 계절근로계약서) 「농어업고용인력 지원 특별법」 제14조의2제2항에 따른 표준 계절근로계약서는 별지 제3호서식에 따른다.

부칙 <제784호,2026.2.13> 이 규칙은 2026년 2월 15일부터 시행한다.
