중국산 단일모드 광섬유에 대한 덤핑방지관세 부과에 관한 규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「관세법」 제51조에 따른 덤핑방지관세를 부과할 물품과 공급자를 지정하고 해당 물품에 적용할 관세율을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(부과대상 물품) 덤핑방지관세가 부과되는 물품은 「관세법 시행령」 제98조제1항에 따른 관세ㆍ통계통합품목분류표의 품목번호 제9001.10.0000호에 해당하는 중국산 단일모드 광섬유로서 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 만족하는 것으로 한다.

1. 유리 용접물을 고열로 녹여 생산한 원통형 유전체 도파관으로서 코어, 클래딩 및 아크릴 코팅층 등으로 구성된 것일 것

2. 국제전기통신연합 전기통신표준화부문(ITU-T: International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector)의 단일모드 광섬유 규격 중 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 제품일 것

가. G.652.A

나. G.652.B

다. G.652.C

라. G.652.D(Low Loss 제품은 제외한다)

마. G.657.A1

바. G.657.A2

3. 광섬유 다발 및 광섬유 케이블이 아닐 것

제3조(부과대상 물품의 공급자 및 덤핑방지관세율) 제2조에 따른 부과대상 물품의 공급자와 그 공급자별 덤핑방지관세율은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제5호,2026.3.19> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
