제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「공직선거법」 제23조ㆍ제26조 및 법률 제21577호 부칙 제7조제2항 및 제18조제3항에 따라 인천광역시ㆍ경기도 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원지역선거구의 명칭ㆍ구역 및 의원정수를 정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원지역선거구의 명칭ㆍ구역 및 의원정수) 인천광역시ㆍ경기도 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의원지역선거구의 명칭ㆍ구역 및 의원정수는 별표와 같이 한다.

부칙 <제656호,2026.5.6> 제1조(시행일) 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다. 제2조(유효기간) 이 규칙은 2026년 7월 1일 임기가 개시되어 2030년 6월 30일 임기가 만료되는 인천광역시ㆍ경기도 자치구ㆍ시ㆍ군의회의원의 선거(「공직선거법」제35조제4항에 따른 보궐선거등을 포함한다)에 한정하여 그 효력을 가진다.
