전통무예진흥법 시행규칙

제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「전통무예진흥법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(전통무예육성종목의 지정 기준) 「전통무예진흥법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제6조제1항에 따른 전통무예육성종목의 지정 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 전승된 사실이 문헌, 기록, 구술 등의 자료를 통해 증명될 것

2. 기술체계, 무기, 복식, 수련체계, 예법, 용어에 우리나라의 전통적 특성이 반영되어 있을 것

3. 시설, 인력, 프로그램을 갖추어 전승활동을 하고 있는 등 문화적 가치 확산에 기여하고 있을 것

4. 일정한 기술체계 및 수련체계를 갖추고 있을 것

5. 체력 증진, 인성 함양 등 스포츠적 가치가 있을 것

제3조(전통무예육성종목의 지정 절차)

① 문화체육관광부장관은 전통무예육성종목을 지정하려는 경우 지정 신청의 접수개시일 30일 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항을 문화체육관광부의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다.

② 문화체육관광부장관은 전통무예육성종목을 지정하려는 경우 필요하면 전문가의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

제4조(전통무예육성종목의 지정 취소 등) 문화체육관광부장관은 법 제7조에 따라 전통무예육성종목 지정의 취소ㆍ해제를 하려는 경우 관련 전통무예 기관 또는 단체에 그 사유 및 근거를 명시하여 문서로 통지하고, 10일 이상의 기간을 정해 의견을 제출할 기회를 주어야 한다.

제5조(자격 검정의 방법 등)

① 법 제11조제1항에 따른 자격 검정은 필기시험과 실기구술시험의 방법으로 실시한다.

② 법 제11조제1항에 따른 연수는 자격 검정에 합격한 사람을 대상으로 실무교육과 현장실습의 방법으로 실시한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 전통무예지도자의 자격 검정 및 연수의 세부 실시 방법 등에 필요한 사항은 문화체육관광부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

부칙 <제634호,2026.5.12> 이 규칙은 2026년 5월 12일부터 시행한다.
