제1조(목적) 이 규칙은 「관세법」 제51조에 따른 덤핑방지관세를 부과할 물품과 공급자를 지정하고 해당 물품에 적용할 관세율을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(부과대상 물품) 덤핑방지관세가 부과되는 물품은 사우디아라비아산 부틸글리콜에테르(「관세법 시행령」 제98조제1항에 따른 관세ㆍ통계통합품목분류표의 품목번호 제2909.43.0000호에 해당하는 것을 말한다)로 한다.

제3조(부과대상 물품의 공급자 및 덤핑방지관세율) 제2조에 따른 부과대상 물품의 공급자와 그 공급자별 덤핑방지관세율은 별표와 같다.

부칙 <제31호,2026.5.15> 이 규칙은 공포한 날부터 시행한다.
