부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령

제1조(목적) 이 영은 「부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법」에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조(국유재산의 임대료 감면)

① 「부산 해양수도 이전기관 지원에 관한 특별법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제8조제1항에 따른 국유재산의 임대료는 해당 국유재산의 가액에 1천분의 10 이상의 요율을 곱하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.

② 법 제8조제1항에 따른 국유재산의 임대료 감면율은 해당 국유재산 임대료의 100분의 100의 범위에서 해당 국유재산의 소관 중앙관서의 장(「국유재산법」 제28조 또는 제42조제1항에 따라 위임 또는 위탁을 받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)이 정한다.

③ 법 제8조제1항에 따라 국유재산의 임대료를 감면받으려는 자는 해당 국유재산의 소관 중앙관서의 장에게 감면신청을 해야 한다.

제3조(주택의 공급 기준)

① 법 제9조제2항에 따라 이전기관 및 이전기업의 이주직원(이전기관 또는 이전기업을 따라 이주하는 소속 직원을 말한다. 이하 같다)에 대한 주거지원을 위해 건설ㆍ공급하는 주택의 공급 기준은 법 제5조에 따른 이전계획의 내용, 해당 주택에 대한 이주직원의 수요 등을 고려하여 해양수산부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

② 제1항에 따른 주택의 공급 기준에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

1. 공급의 대상이 되는 주택의 범위

2. 공급의 대상이 되는 주택의 입주자격

3. 공급의 대상이 되는 주택의 입주자 선정 절차와 방법

4. 그 밖에 이주직원에 대한 주거지원을 위해 주택을 공급하는 데에 필요하다고 해양수산부장관이 인정하는 사항

부칙 <제36380호,2026.6.2> 이 영은 2026년 6월 5일부터 시행한다.
